Lorry Ford D Series (PU6)

Growing up with a father for a haulier we would get ferried around to our music activities in the lorry. This was one of the first vehicles I drove, a 7 1/2 ton Ford D Series. You needed very strong muscles to turn the steering wheel from a standstill. Pushing with both feet down on the clutch to engage the gears which made a very unique squeak.
